Delays

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Orders with incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be canceled or may require additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Missing Items (Opening Video Required)
Customers are required to record a clear opening video while unboxing the parcel.

• The video must show the sealed package before opening
• Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items will only be accepted if a valid opening video is provided
• Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Without an opening video, claims may not be accepted
